Well, after 15 months of campaigning, it is finally over. It did not go quite the way we wanted it to, but we put in the hard work and I am proud of everyone who helped. I appreciate all the support, and we will see what the future holds. Thanks to everyone who had my back! I love and appreciate you all!

I was honored today for my service to the state board of directors of the Florida League of Cities. It has been a distinct honor to serve with so many great elected officials from all over the state of Florida to make a difference in all our communities.  i’m truly going to miss serving with them. 
We can no longer afford to let the care of our beach be neglected! It is the primary economic driver in Volusia, and contributes to our tax base to keep money in the wallets of people like you and me!
